Little Deschutes Lodge Policy Summary

 

Move-in Costs

A nonrefundable application/screening fee of $35 per adult member of household is required after an initial “pre-screening” process has been completed.  Upon move-in, residents of Little Deschutes Lodge are required to pay first month’s rent (pro-rated for the portion of the month in which the resident is living at Little Deschutes Lodge), a refundable security deposit, and if applicable, a refundable pet deposit (see below for details on the security deposit and the pet deposit). 

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required upon move-in.  The security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent.

Pet Policy 

Pets are allowed at Little Deschutes Lodge, provided they are no larger than 35 pounds.  A maximum of two pets per unit are allowed, but the number of dogs is limited to one per unit.  Dogs and cats must be at least 6 months old. A $400 refundable pet deposit is required for the first pet and a $200 refundable pet deposit is required for the second pet upon move-in.  Residents have the option of paying half of the deposit upon move-in and the remainder in $50 monthly installments.  A “pet area” is designated on the Little Deschutes Lodge grounds to accommodate your dog when nature calls.  Dogs must be kept on leashes at all times anywhere on the Little Deschutes Lodge property, except within the residential units.

Smoking Policy  

Little Deschutes Lodge is a smoke-free facility.  Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, including the residential units, the balconies, the patios, and the common areas.  Smoking is also prohibited on the grounds of the property.
