Pre-Development Schedule (Phase I):

  • January 2008 - Apply for funding from Oregon Housing and Community Services.
  • March 2008 - Oregon Housing & Community Services conditionally awards all funding requested for Little Deschutes Lodge.
  • December 2008 - Construction drawings begin.
  • February 2009 - Apply for Site Plan Approval.
  • March 2, 2009 - Apply for Building Permits.
  • April 7, 2009 - Site Plan Approval
  • April 9, 2009 - Pick-Up Building Permits
  • April 14, 2009 - Record Partition Plat
  • April 27, 2009 - Partnership Closing (Confirmed)
  • April 27, 2009 - Construction Begins (Confirmed)

 

Proposed Construction Schedule (Phase I):

  • April 27, 2009 - Off-Site Infrastructure Construction Begins (Confirmed)
  • April 27, 2009 - On-Site Earth Work Begins (Confirmed)
  • May 2009 - Going Vertical (Confirmed)
  • July 1, 2009 - Second Floor Deck Complete (Confirmed)
  • July 21, 2009 - 2nd Storey ICFs Poured (Confirmed) 
  • July 27, 2009 - Trusses Placed
  • November 4, 2009 - Closed-in with drywall hung
  • February 5, 2010 - Construction ends
  • Early February 2010 - Scheduled Move-In (2nd week)
