- April 9, 2009 - Pick-Up Building Permits
- April 14, 2009 - Record Partition Plat
- April 27, 2009 - Partnership Closing (Confirmed)
- April 27, 2009 - Construction Begins (Confirmed)

- April 27, 2009 - Off-Site Infrastructure Construction Begins

- April 27, 2009 - On-Site Earth Work Begins (Confirmed)
- May 2009 - Going Vertical (Confirmed)
- July 1, 2009 - Second Floor Deck Complete (Confirmed)
- July 21, 2009 - 2nd Storey ICFs Poured (Confirmed)
- July 27, 2009 - Trusses Placed
- November 4, 2009 - Closed-in with drywall hung
- February 5, 2010 - Construction ends
- Early February 2010 - Scheduled Move-In (2nd week)
